I have not been able to locate him, although I have never met or detected him.

Yeah, and you're wearing a DFA jumpsuit. I just flew down to help Krillin and some guy IT'ed in and chopped him in half then left.

No. DFA jumpsuit guy was the one chatting with Krillin when dude in black pops in and cuts Krillin in half.
