So most of us came together over enjoying, or at least tolerating DBZ. Over the years, how has your anime taste changed or has it?

I know at least one person on here has seen Toradora. What animes has everyone been into?

A few from the list I have been watching was "Mushishi", "Le Chevalier d'eon" "History's Strongest Disciple: Kenichi", "Spice and Wolf" and "Baccano!"

I think we had this going on the last forum, but I haven't watched a ton, but I did really enjoy Berserk, Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo and some Gundam here and there.

I don't think I've actually heard of any on your list.

I had started an anime post on the last forum ^^ Well my favorites will always be The Vision of Escaflowne, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Hana Yori Dango and Record of Lodoss War. As far as new anime go, I love Toradora (which you already noticed ^_^) and Lucky Star. Its been a while since I've watched a new anime series.
I've been watching DBZ with my boyfriend. I watched it every now and then when it was on Cartoon Network since it was on around the same time as Tenchi Muyo. I found it very interesting, but I was always confused..so its nice to have a better understanding on it. We also finished Midori Days recently, that was a cute but weird anime when a girl turns into the guy's right hand...XD

Yeah Midori was deffinentaly an odd one. When a friend of mine first heard about it, his only responce was "Damn, whatever shit the japanese are on, we have got to find us some."

I never really got into any anime other than Dragonball Z. Dast liked Cowboy Bepop for a while, so I saw some of that. It was pretty cool...
I have every episode/movie of Dragonball/Z/GT downloaded, and I've watched a couple episodes, mostly just to refresh myself with the Dragonball universe for Planet Mado. I like it probably as much now as I did before...but knowing what happens makes me less inclined to sit through an entire episode listening to Bulma's whining

Haha yeah, really weird. Though I've seen weirder..lol thats the Japanese for you.
You said you watched Mushishi and Spice and Wolf. How are those? I saw an episode of Mushishi on the funimation channel once and it seemed interesting.

it is pretty interesting. I watched it on hulu, but it seems like they have since taken it down. It isn't a incredibly intense anime, its almost soothing and relaxing to watch.

Spice and Wolf is pretty good as well, kinda a slice of life anime, but it seems to be moving into a more arcish series with the second season.

Mind sharing the torrent of all those DB episodes and movies with me?

And Lodoss War was pretty bad ass. I had something else to add, but forgot mid-post. Maybe I'll remember later.

Oh, right! Has anyone been watching Dragonball Kai? For those of you who didn't catch the post on the old forum, DB Kai is DBZ condensed into only 100 episodes and make to closer follow the story of the manga.

Yeah...there weren't many seeders/peers though back when I downloaded it. Plus I was downloading it with satellite internet, so it took about two months :eek01:

OMG I agree with you so much. That girl is crazy. Chichi can be a lil annoying at times too.
as far as females go I think the best were 18, Videl and Pan.
As palm-top tiger mentioned before. we are currently watching DBZ. It had nothing to do with PM but great timing lol :p
Right now we are up to where cell absorbed android 17 and is now fighting Vageta While trunks watches.

I haven't. Is it on tv or did you just torrent it? I can't find the torrent file I used to download all of the episodes/movies, but I found quite a few on www.thepiratebay.org. I didn't search through every one, but there's a few that have the Dragonball and Dragonball Z episodes.

I think the site for DB Kai was dbkai.net or something along those lines. I haven't actually been watching, but I mentioned it on the old forum in case any else wanted to.

I never really liked that show. Just seemed silly to me.

Better question is what happened to our mini-RP we had going on the forum? *cough* Cloud *cough*

Apparently there's going to be another series for Yu Yu Hakusho. I'm not sure of the title..I'll try to find out.
