Some forum accounts were deleted a few days ago due to a database error. If your account was deleted, please email me at mado@planetmado.com or use the contact form (http://www.planetmado.com/forum/sendmessage.php) and tell me what your username was. Unfortunately, you will have to create a new account, but it may be possible for me to save your previous post count, reputation, and a few other things.

I lost a little rep, not that I care though. The only real lost I had was that all my friends were removed. Not a big deal either though.
