sooo this has been my opinion for awhile now and i've talked with mado about it before but he's being stubburn and making me actually post things grr
It's my opinion that the advanced scouter's specs should be changed to not take a week to try to learn a move it records. i think it should only be able to store one move in its memory and that learning from the scouter should take twice as long as it would if you were learning it from a member/master. so if it normaly takes 1 day then learning it from the scouter would take 2 days and such. dunno if you want to change o keep the chance to learn/chance to have wasted 2 days or w/e for no gain but meh. thoughts?
