Newb Friendly

After getting a couple of new players for the first time in a very long time, I realized that Planet Mado could use some "newb friendly" content. I have created a "How to Play" page giving a quick overview of how to start out in Planet Mado. Check it out here (http://www.planetmado.com/index.php?pageid=howtoplay). Most of what is covered on this page is also covered on the rules page, but I realize that the rules page covers a lot of material, and can be quite daunting to a new player, so I decided to make a more simplified, and much, much shorter guide. I also plan on adding a "Basic Rules" page that will give a quick overview of the basic rules of Planet Mado that are needed to play.

Wait... I didn't realize this was a dragonball RPG!? All this time I thought it was weird that there was no kobra commander... And you can't buy from a shop if you didn't see it? Who made up that rule? That's not how I play, when I send an update the whole world is rocked. ^_^

Yea I just pretend I'm an in game ref and I do whatever I want.
