I can't tell you where he is but there's a clue above where I posted a while ago, a little tip don't try and fight him other wis you might aswell commit suicide.

that tip is only for eginners that have not got past 100,000 base powerlevel

Yeah I geuss if your looking for beginner techniques those would be good.

But as far as damage those aren't that great,thee are many more devastating attacks that would obliterate the big bang or final flash.

Over 100k? Even NAPPA is over 100k BP. I'm going to assume wittle prince vegeta is gonna be godlike - I suggest over nine thousand BP.
