No, it was made a starting planet so the extra gravity was removed. It now has normal 1x gravity. I thought about adding a section to the planet that had x10 gravity, but not sure how much sense it would make to only have one area with extra gravity and not the rest of the planet. I also thought about making 10x graviton's easily available, but that might get out of hand. Since it was changed to a starting planet, I may just have to give up on the idea of planet vegeta having extra gravity.
