Destructo Disc

Destructo Disc shouldn't always result in a limb being severed. I know if someone is three times the powerlevel it won't happen, but in the next round powerlevels should be much closer. I was thinking a set amount of damage first with a chance of severing added on my a roll of a dice. If you roll a six or something you get a limb severed. Another six and it's the head. Just a thought. I'd hate to lose all my limbs against someone with DD.

I like this idea. A lot of damage, I think in the 50% range, with the chance of severing a limb/head. Let's hear the thoughts/opinions/ideas.

If you're going to make the alternative doing 50% damage, it needs to be a higher PL requirement, harder to get, take away more PL per use, or some combination of those three.

I would agree with Cloud with the dice rolls. Just do it where a were X-19 cuts of a limb, 20 cuts off the head. Make X whatever you feel is fair as a base, somewhere from between say 10 and 16-19 for a limb

Would destructo disc be blockable?
Maybe dd should start at 50% chance of dodging instead of 20%.

I don't want to see dd turn into a powerful attack with a bonus, but still make it easy to use/find, like Ryujin said.

I'm thinking make it take more powerlevel to use, and make it very, very difficult to get, but keeping the powerlevel requirement where it is.

Unblockable unless you are much more powerful. Don't need to change the dodge %, just use the roll.

Oh, I think some of your moves are a bit off. Gyallic Ho, I beleive it's called, is actually the japanese name for Vegeta's Gallic Gun move, but you call gallic gun some other move, the rapid ki bolts move. No clue what that moves called, but it's def not gallic gun.

Yeah, I know. Ryujin and I planned on going through them all before the start of the round, but never got around to it. Now I don't have much time. And when I do, I don't think about it.

I agree, Gallic Gun was the one handed purple pummeling blast used against Jeice I believe on namek that just completely destroyed him.
