Bases (Not enough characters)

Posting this here to not lose the idea, already sent to Mado.

We currently have 3 types of bases: Small, Medium, Large

I suggest each base have X amount of rooms (My suggestion was 3, 5, 7 respectively)

We are able to upgrade our bases with equipment; Shield, Turrents, Sabimen Army, etc.

I believe each one of these items should occupy a room within a base.

Example: Small base - 3 rooms - Can hold 3 pieces of equipment (Turrent, Sabimen, and Training Room)

If you wish to purchase more equipment for your Base; Say Turrent, Sabimen, Training Room, AND Revulation Chamber, this forces the player to upgrade their base to a larger module.

This will eliminate folks from buying a small base and decking it out to the 9, thus making the larger bases obsolete.

Great idea! It absolutely makes sense that bigger bases would have more rooms! Here are my thoughts on the rest of the base items:

Should take up a room for each one you have in the base:
Training Room
Rejuvenation Chamber

Should not be dependent on the number of rooms:
Shield
Shield Reinforcement
Saibaman Force (I always thought these guys hung out outside the base protecting it, but if they do stay inside then I guess 1 room per 10 man Saibaman Force would make sense)

Turret Gun - This one is interesting, they are on the outside so I don’t see why they would take up a room. However, the smaller bases probably would have less room for turrets on top of them.

You could translate room to slots

Love this idea. I’m not sure when it’ll get done, but for now this is the plan.

I think this is a good base line. Idk if I agree with the idea of a “room” limitation, but I could get behind a slot limitation.

For instance, my character has a small base and I start customizing it. My base has 5 customization slots. Say, for instance, I buy a medium shield—it takes up 2 customization slots, so I can buy a basic Saibaman force (1 slot) and a 5x gravity training room (2 more slots). Now I can buy more stuff for my base and swap it on, but I have to take off something from my base because I’m at my customization limit. This would then encourage me to buy a larger base, even though I don’t have more allies, because I want to have more customization available.
