Buff to Bleed

Doesn’t necessarily have to be another special point. A master of the Bleed technique could teach it to you for helping them do whatever it is they need doing.

Would it make sense for the signature attacks to allow you to pick which level bleed you want? Each level would have its own cost added to the sig attack. Say, light bleed 1.5% cost added, medium bleed 3% cost added, heavy bleed 4.5% cost added.

I agree with a comment earlier that you shouldn’t have to waste 2 abilities. You could pick heavy bleed right from the start, it would just add more cost to your move. The signatures already use this method, you have to pick either 1 turn stun or 2, you don’t upgrade from 1 to 2 with a second ability. You can put up to 10% into damage at 0.5% cost per 1% added, although you could use a second ability to add up to 10% more damage at 1.5% dodge per 1% added. Even the healing sigs allowed you to pick varying levels, can add 1-4 additional heal uses per day it would just increase the cost of every heal by 5% for each additional use added. You can add multiple levels to the block/dodge one as well, it didn’t have to be the full 25%, and it doesn’t waste a second ability, it just increased the cost per use. Bleed should be the same, customize how you want it, everything has a drawback.

The problem with going more than 3% Cost would be that it becomes wasteful and inefficient. It would then be much more viable to just go full flat damage and ignore the Bleed entirely.

I guess it depends on the player and their strategy. Is this their only move, or just 1 in their well rounded arsenal? I don’t think there should be a one answer for creating your sig move, every player being a little unique is the fun part!
