Player shops via bases

Just had a crazy idea, maybe we can expand on it. Create your own shop, adding it to your base. Similar to buying any other addition to a base, like a training room, you could add a shop. Players can then buy your items when you’re not there! It would be open to everyone I imagine, you wouldn’t need permission to enter the base or anything. Just a cool way to make a player economy of sorts. Perhaps the local village runs out of items frequently, or doesn’t sell everything. Whatever the reason, I think it would be neat for some players to make their own shop. Perhaps you RP with the local village shop, and get their connection, now you’re buying scouters wholesale to sell in your shop! Well, there’s the idea. Have fun!

Or… We could make an Amazon prime delivery service that delivers to your base–but players can shoot it down and steal the gear!

Expanding on this idea a bit. We could have the in-game shops function very similar. They have limited items placed in them at the beginning of the round, and as players buy items there won’t be any left. However, as players sell items to the shop they get added to the shops inventory to sell to other players. Of course, at any time the ref could add any items they want to the shop as well, as if they got a shipment in or something.

So, you could sell your items to the shop for let’s just say half price. Or, you could create and risk owning your own shop (it is a base that can be destroyed, but perhaps you use your profits to invest in some security!) and could sell items for full price, or 75% the cost so players choose you over the in-game shop. Perhaps you can become a full on merchant and buy items from other players for 75% their cost, then sell them for 100%, it’s win-win.
